Who we are
KnowHerSize (“we”) runs knowhersize.com. The company responsible for this site and for your data is SIA „Vizo Media”, registration number 40203420359, Latvia. Contact: [email protected].
The calculator and your measurements
The bra size calculator runs entirely in your browser. The measurements, tag sizes, clothing sizes and other answers you enter are processed on your device. We do not send them to our servers, store them, or pass them to anyone.
If you save a result as an image, the image is created on your device.
Shared links
If you copy a share link, the result is written into the part of the web address after the # sign, for example a band, a cup and a size system. Browsers do not send that part of an address to web servers, and the page removes it from the address before analytics or advertising scripts load, so the size does not reach our servers or our analytics. Anyone you send the link to can see the size. The link never contains your measurements.
Preferences stored on your device
The site may remember your chosen country system and units (inches or centimeters) in your browser’s local storage, so you do not have to set them again. This stays on your device. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Her size card
If you use the her size card, the sizes and notes you add are saved in your browser’s local storage on your device. We do not receive them. If you copy a link to the card, the sizes are written after the # sign, which browsers do not send to web servers, and the page removes them from the address before analytics or advertising scripts load. Your notes are never put in the link. You can clear the card on the card page or through your browser settings.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. This service is cookieless and does not build a profile of you. It does not receive your measurements or your result.
Advertising
The site does not show ads. If we add advertising, we will update this page before any ads appear.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, under its own privacy policy. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not store your measurements or results, there is usually nothing about you for us to return or delete. To make a request or complaint, contact [email protected]. You may also contact your local data protection authority; in Latvia, that is the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
Children
The site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
